Nigella seed crackers. This beautiful blue flower well known to the countries of the mediterranean rim gives a seed that also goes by the name of black cumin, once said to “cure everything but death”, very rich in antioxidants. The latter is more subtle than cumin, however its aroma when grilled is inimitable and totally addicting. You think that’s good? Add some wine and cheese to have a blast!
