The Escuris canned mussels in pickled sauce packs Mytilus galloprovincialis only caught during the months of October, November and December in the Rías Baixas. All products go through a manual selection process, piece by piece, which guarantees a gourmet quality product.
The mussels are rich in proteins, vitamins, mineral salts and Omega 3 fatty acids.
Its consistency is firm and juicy, and it does not break when pricked. Manufactured only in the season and with natural ingredients, no additives, no preservatives, no colouring agents, no gluten.

Mussels (60%), olive oil (22%), wine vinegar (15.7%), spices (1.2%) and salt (1.1%).
