Jijona and Alicante nougat, from El Artesano, are endorsed by the prestige provided by the Denomination of Origin seal of the Jijona and Alicante Nougat Regulatory Council, an entity that guarantees that the products made under this Protected Geographical Indication meet the maximum quality requirements, and to which it belongs since its foundation.

ARTISAN TRADITION, we make our varieties in an artisanal way, without adding preservatives or dyes that alter the flavor of the excellent qualities of our nougat and marzipan.

Likewise, during each stage of the manufacturing process, at El Artesano we carry out the rigorous controls determined by the Denomination of Origin, in order to meet the highest quality requirements in all the different varieties.
