You can find us in the municipality of Alameda de la Sagra and Olías del Rey, in the province of Toledo, capital of Castilla-La Mancha region in the centre of Spain.

The orography that characterises this area, bathed by the Tagus River, provides our olives with the optimum quality to obtain an oil that is characterised by its flavour and body.

Aceites Jerez hallmark and for a decade from now, has been our commitment with organic cultivation of our cornicabra olives.

These have been accredited with CAAE seal of Castilla-La Mancha, thus complying with European Union’s current regulations on organic production.

This has allowed us reaching new market niches and to bet for the elaboration of an oil where the raw material -the olive- has not suffered any chemical treatment that could have altered its original flavour.
